Every year in the Chinese Calendar is dedicated to one of the 12 symbols from the Chinese horoscope. For the year 2015, it will be the Year of the Goat. Everyone born between 19th February 2015 and 7th February 2016 will have this sign from the Chinese horoscope as their zodiac symbol.
